I’ve collected antique glass bottles and been a member of the FOHBC since 1997. Like many other collectors, I’m attracted to beautiful colors and unusual shapes. Unlike some, however, I have not specialized in only one category of bottle. Instead, I have built collections of poison bottles (first), then colored blob-top sodas (second), then inks, then figural bitters, etc. I have rarely ever sold or traded a bottle, and I still display on my shelves almost every glass bottle that I’ve collected during the past twenty-five years.
